The problem
Route sheets were printed each morning and reconciled by hand at night. Nobody knew where a shipment was until the driver came back, and disputed deliveries were argued from memory.
What we did

Mapped the real dispatch day with the shift supervisors before writing any code.

Built an offline-first driver app: routes cached in the morning, signatures and photos synced whenever the phone finds signal.

Wired E-TTN so the electronic waybill is filed at the moment of pickup, not the next day.
Where it landed
Dispatchers see live status per trip, disputes are settled with a timestamped photo, and the evening reconciliation shift was removed entirely.
