The problem
Shops selling on installment tracked schedules in paper notebooks. Missed payments surfaced late, and the owner had no picture of total outstanding debt across sellers.
What we did
- 01
Shipped a mobile app with a guided installment wizard: client, product, term — and the schedule is generated on the spot.
- 02
Centralised clients, inventory, sales and reports in one API, with an admin panel for the owner.
- 03
Added push reminders for upcoming and overdue payments, for both the seller and the office.
Where it landed
Every active plan, payment and debt is visible in real time. The owner reads one report instead of collecting notebooks, and the app is in production with the chain.
