The problem
A holding with its own sewing factory and a network of salons ran orders through calls, notebooks and disconnected spreadsheets. Nobody could say where a specific dress was — in sewing, at the warehouse, or on the way to a salon.
What we did
- 01
Built a multi-tenant API where every record is scoped to its company, with phone-OTP sign-in for staff.
- 02
Shipped a mobile app for seventeen distinct roles — from seamstress team leads to couriers — each seeing only their slice of the flow.
- 03
Wired the industrial scale into the warehouse flow over a serial port, so weights enter the system without retyping.
Where it landed
Every order is traceable from cutting to salon shipment. Supply, deadlines and staff reports come from the same data the floor works on, and the system runs in production across the whole holding.
