Aethera is a business growth advisory in Tashkent. We look at the whole business with the owner and put the change in place together.
We started in engineering
Aethera started as a team that builds software systems: today 14 of our systems run in production, and we have our own ERP and Health products.
Along the way we noticed one thing: what holds a business back is often not software but management, sales or process. So since October 2026 we look at the whole business — systems are now one of five areas.
